Main series: BEST COMMUNITY APPLICATIONS

eEemeli 2012 competition seeks to find the best community applications that support

  • community-based work methods
  • learning together
  • changes in working culture: for example tacit knowledge solutions, phenomenon-based learning
  • new learning innovations
  • collaborative learning in virtual spaces, or
  • new learning solutions

We understand e-learning as a broad term. In eEemeli competition it includes both learning implementations in schools and in-service training solutions to businesses - as well as knowledge construction processes inside organizations; 3D worlds, gaming, mobile and augmented reality solutions, ie all interactive media solutions that promote learning.

The juries will assess the communal working methods, day-to-day usability, commercial potential, social impact, innovation, and of course technical and pedagogical usability and accessibility of the products.
