THE ASSOCIATION OF FINNISH eLEARNING CENTRE

The Association of Finnish eLearning Centre is a newly established, independent national association that promotes sharing of knowledge, best practices and quality in eLearning. The Centre distributes information and performs as a contact surface for partner finding, such as experts and service providers, in Finnish eLearning market.

The Centre is a networking organisation for the numerous Finnish eLearning projects and regional clusters. We participate in national eLearning policy making and in the work of the both Finnish eLearning programmes in the Finnish Centres of Expertise Programme.

The Centre is pleased to provide contact information for international organisations and experts interested in co-operating with Finnish eLearning experts, organisations and projects.

PROMOTER AND NETWORK-BUILDER IN FINNISH eLEARNING BRANCH

The Association of Finnish eLearning Centre is a non profit organization that promotes the benefits, research, and development of network teaching and digital teaching solutions in companies, educational institutes and other organizations. Our goal is to support our members, the individuals and the companies, in developing their network-teaching solutions and find suitable services for every party.

PROVIDER AND ALLOCATOR OF INFORMATION

The Association of Finnish eLearning Centre co-operates with the best experts and presents up-to-date information for its associates about research, development, recent trends and experiences of eLearning.

The expertise is composed by the knowledge of our members and associates

The goal of our data service is dispersing existing, well-working practices and creating fresh information

Theme group activities promotes networking and learning from one another

Discussion, learning and education seminars deliver expertise and promote networking.

SUPPORT ORGANIZATION

The association assists eLearning professionals and other stakeholders to achieve common goals and brings out their know-how

The association is among the coordinators of the eLearning branch

The association promotes research and usability of results in the branches of eLearning and eStudying.

eABC THESAURUS

eLearning terminology and vocabulary is being collected into a thesaurus, eABC. You are also welcome to join us in building the eABC. The Association participates the national committee of vocabulary.

eEEMELI QUALITY COMPETITION

The Association of Finnish eLearning Centre is organizing annual eLearning competition called eEemeli. The ultimate goal is to support and promote the domestic eLearning branch: its stakeholders, products and services and thus, to improve the quality of eLearning operations and activities.

SEMINARS AND EVENTS FOR MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATES

The Association organizes for its members and associates annual events such as meetings, seminars and briefings.

SEOPPI MAGAZINE FOR MEMBERS AND ASSOCIATES

"SeOppi" -magazine serves our members and associates. The magazine can also be ordered by anyone who is interested in eLearning from the Association of Finnish eLearning Centre.
